The court order granted to the mother of my children states I can never, ever have any contact with my daughters albeit I am allowed to appeal after next April. I am not allowed to contact my daughters to ask whether they would like any contact; legal advice suggests that enquiries by a solicitor acting on my behalf to, say, social services will in itself be breaking the court order; this situation could be referred to the European Court to obtain permission to approach them via a third party e.g. social services; but, and it’s a big but, any court hearing would involve contacting my daughters which is against the court order, in any event I would not inflict such an ordeal on young people.
So if my current employment situation persists I will go back to sea on yachts, more and more owners are exploring the high latitudes which I have not. Wearing Arctic gear watching wildlife really appeals, I’ve checked and my c.v. is more than acceptable so 2013 could be interesting! There is no valid reason to stay in the U.K. if I have no possibility of contacting Laura and Katie - no job here, no ties here.
